Ruffles is also from Cedar Grove and this little girl is definitely the most timid and scared. She loves to give all the kisses and would be a great snuggle buddy for someone! She will certainly need a fairly cool, calm, and collected environment just so she doesn’t get so worked up in chaos that she is so scared that she doesn’t eat or move. Ruffles needs someone with time and patience and lots of love to give.
