Another Cedar Grove kid, the biggest of the bunch, and sweet as sugar. He and his siblings are all very unsure about life, but figuring it out as they go! Sparky would be a great family pet, he would probably prefer to be outside with a nice fenced in area where he can do what dogs do and still know that he’s home. We know absolutely nothing about their past except that just like all others, they deserve love.
