This shy girl is in a group we call The Cedar Grove Kids. There was 6 “puppies” in the litter that we know of and 5 of them made it to safety at the humane society with us. The were abandoned when a family moved away. Every one of them came to us full of ticks, malnourished, and scared to death so much that we had to carry them anytime we needed them out of their kennel. Jenga has come out of her shell over the past few weeks and has turned into one of the sweetest dogs on the property. She is not fond of farm animals, is friendly with some dogs, good with children, but we have not tested her with cats. Jenga is waiting for someone to call her own, that can show her what real love feels like, that’s not in an overcrowded shelter.
